A St. Petersburg, Fla., native, Carl T. Mr. Boake is entrenched in St. Petersburg, where he attended Dixie Hollins High, St. Petersburg Junior College and received his degree from the University of South Florida. He went on to study at the Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport where he obtained his law degree.
